About

Research for a field moving faster than its evidence.

South Beach Longevity is a Miami-based research, publishing, and advisory practice focused on longevity science and the decisions being built around it.

We study healthy aging, metabolic health, therapeutic peptides, GLP-1 medicines, human performance, emerging health technologies, and the rapidly developing longevity economy. Our work ranges from evidence reviews and technical monographs to market studies, custom research, and one-to-one advisory engagements.

The premise is simple: important decisions deserve a better standard than headlines, anecdotes, marketing claims, or a handful of selected studies.

Longevity is a field in which genuinely important science sits beside premature conclusions, commercial enthusiasm, and a constant stream of new claims. The difficult part is rarely finding information. It is determining what deserves to be believed.

That is the work.

Evidence first.

We start with the underlying literature.

We distinguish established findings from early signals. Human evidence from animal and laboratory research. Biological plausibility from demonstrated outcomes. Association from causation. Promising hypotheses from conclusions that have actually survived scrutiny.

When the evidence is strong, we say so.

When it is mixed, we explain why.

When the answer is not yet known, we believe saying “we don’t know yet” is more useful than manufacturing certainty.

The objective is not skepticism for its own sake. Nor is it enthusiasm for every new development. It is an accurate reading of where the science stands now, and an ability to update that judgment when better evidence arrives.

From scientific literature to usable intelligence.

South Beach Longevity was built around the idea that rigorous research should not end with a stack of papers.

Our work translates complex bodies of scientific and market information into material that can actually be used: evidence reviews, research briefs, technical reports, market landscapes, decision dossiers, reference works, and ongoing intelligence.

For individuals, that can mean understanding the evidence behind a question before discussing it with a physician or deciding what deserves further attention.

For clinicians and other health professionals, it can mean having a difficult or rapidly changing literature assembled, evaluated, and presented in a form that saves time without pretending that nuance does not exist.

For operators, investors, and organizations, it can mean understanding not only the science but the market forming around it: who is doing what, what people are buying, how a category is changing, where the evidence is strong, and where commercial claims have moved ahead of it.

Research and publishing.

Our public research library is part of the practice, not simply a marketing channel.

South Beach Longevity publishes long-form evidence reviews, scientific reports, market research, data studies, technical monographs, books, and shorter analysis across the areas we follow.

The goal is to build a cumulative body of work: sourced, dated, revisable, and clear about the difference between evidence and interpretation.

Our long-form publishing includes The Science of Therapeutic Peptides: A Comprehensive Reference Series, a nine-volume reference work examining peptide biology and therapeutic research across the field.

Affiliated work and disclosure.

South Beach Longevity also conducts research and publishing work connected with affiliated projects, including Radix Peptides.

Those relationships do not disappear simply because a report is scientific. Where a commercial relationship is relevant to the reader’s assessment of a publication, it should be disclosed.

Our standard is straightforward: an affiliation may determine why a question is worth studying; it does not determine what the evidence is allowed to say.

South Beach Longevity remains clearly identifiable as its own research and advisory practice rather than a storefront for another company’s products.

What we are, and what we are not.

South Beach Longevity provides research, education, market intelligence, and non-clinical advisory services.

We are not a medical practice. Our publications and consultations do not diagnose disease, prescribe or discontinue medication, replace a physician-patient relationship, or constitute individualized medical treatment.

When a question crosses into clinical care, the appropriate decision belongs with a qualified licensed professional.

Our job is different:

find the evidence, understand it, test the claims against it, and make the resulting knowledge useful.

How we work

Four principles behind everything we publish.

Evidence has a hierarchy

Not all evidence deserves equal weight. We distinguish human data from preclinical findings, controlled studies from observation, replication from isolated results, and demonstrated outcomes from biological plausibility. Conclusions should reflect the strength of the evidence beneath them.

Separate what is known from what is inferred

Research inevitably involves interpretation. The important thing is not to disguise interpretation as fact. We identify what the evidence establishes, what it merely suggests, where reasonable inference begins, and where the answer is still unknown.

Every important claim should be traceable

Sources, dates, assumptions, methods, and important limitations belong with the conclusion — not somewhere out of sight. Scientific knowledge, markets, prices, and regulatory facts change. Our work is designed to be checked, challenged, and updated.

Disclose interests. Let the evidence decide.

Commercial relationships and affiliated projects are disclosed where they matter. They may explain why a question deserves investigation; they do not determine the answer. Conclusions must survive contact with evidence that points in the other direction.

Research first. Conclusions second.
