Rapid Evidence Review

A defensible answer to a focused question.

Clinical and scientific professionals frequently encounter questions for which the literature is too large for a casual search but the decision does not justify months of systematic-review work. The Rapid Evidence Review is designed for that middle ground.

We define a focused research question, perform a structured search, identify the most relevant evidence, evaluate its limitations, and deliver a concise synthesis intended to make the state of the evidence quickly understandable.

For this service, scope and methods are deliberately focused to produce useful evidence on a shorter timeline than a full systematic review.

Appropriate uses

  • an emerging intervention or a new therapeutic claim
  • mechanisms and translational evidence
  • comparative approaches
  • a diagnostic or monitoring technology
  • a supplement or wellness modality
  • peptide research, GLP-1 developments, metabolic medicine
  • longevity interventions and safety evidence
  • a disputed or rapidly changing topic

What the work can include

  • Question formulation — a clear research question and inclusion boundaries.
  • Structured literature search — across appropriate scholarly and regulatory sources.
  • Study selection — identifying the literature most capable of answering the question.
  • Evidence differentiation — separating human trials, observational research, preclinical evidence, reviews, and mechanistic work.
  • Critical assessment — attention to design, sample size, endpoints, bias, applicability, and important limitations.
  • Synthesis — a concise account of what is known, uncertain, and contradicted.

Deliverable

  • A concise brief that can include an executive conclusion, methodology summary, evidence table, study discussion, limitations, research gaps, and full references. The level of methodological documentation is established at project initiation.

Scope

We supply research support. Clinical interpretation and patient-specific decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed professional.
